Client Goals

The goal of the project was to provide support to manufacturing partnership entities across the country through a series of technical assistance events.

Safal Approach

Safal was engaged to compile and analyze programs and practices on partnership formation and development in multi-sector partnerships and consortia used by community colleges; identify and plan technical assistance (TA) activities, issues, and topics through an analysis of interviews with representatives from 24 Investing in Manufacturing Communities Partnership (IMCP) Communities’ stakeholders, experts from national and regional organizations,  and develop and implement a Peer Technical Assistance Plan (PTAP); design and execute a dissemination plan with an innovative social/digital media component; convene federal agency partners to formalize the goals of the project and obtain feedback on the PTAP, conduct a series of peer-to-peer lunch break webinars facilitated by Safal in a talk show format with the opportunity for Q&A from the peer participants.
