Goals

The Texas Education Agency is developing the Center for School Actions to support districts across the state with the planning and implementation of strategic, successful, and sustainable school actions. Safal is leading the development of the center in partnership with Region 13 ESC.

What we did

Safal is building capacity of districts across the state to take school actions in service of improving student performance.   Safal is engaged to lead the development of the Center for School Actions, major activities include: create tools and resources to be utilized by school action providers, existing grantees, and potential grantees; assist in the project management of school action technical assistance providers; and conduct high-quality trainings and workshops to support districts explore and plan for strategic, successful, and sustainable school actions.
