Safal Partners is excited to announce it will be supporting the U.S. Department of Education Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) with the Career Pathways for Youth Transitioning Out of Foster Care project.

The overarching goal for this project is to identify opportunities to improve college and career outcomes for youth transitioning out of foster care. Safal is organizing a stakeholder convening of experts with differing perspectives to get to the heart of the issues—the barriers, the unique needs, and the options that foster youth have. Armed with the findings of the convening, Safal will develop potential messaging strategies for outreach to youth transitioning out of foster care to make sure they know of relevant career and technical education opportunities that can help set them up for success.
