Safal Partners produced a report to showcase the successes of an exemplary Early College High School (ECHS)/STEM Academy in rural Texas – Roscoe Collegiate ISD (RCISD). RCISD, with support from Educate Texas, transformed its traditional public high school into an ECHS that integrates the STEM Blueprint to prepare its students for college coursework and careers in critical workforce areas. Safal performed an analysis of key documents and interviewed the school’s leadership, teachers, board members, students, and members of the community to synthesize the factors that made the transformation possible. Safal supported the school in sharing its lessons learned with other districts and educators.
