The Nation’s Report Card, officially the National Assessment of Education Progress (NAEP) has not been updated for 15 years, and a lot has changed in the American education during that time.  This article provides an overview of the potential changes up for debate in this major source of comparable data on education. No immediate changes are anticipated, but the field is full of opinions about how it might change.
